If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept* a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, based on meeting the below criteria.

*Unless the item is indicated as FINAL sale, in which case there are no returns, or exchanges. 
  • Item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Provided Proof of Purchase
  • Within 14 days of delivery, you must contact our customer service department and request an RA (return authorization) number.
  • All items must be accompanied by an RA number clearly written on the return label - failure to comply with this may cause delays in your refund.
  • All returns must be shipped out and headed back to Toja Grid within 10 days of the RA being issued.
  • Our items can be very expensive to ship, although customers are responsible to cover any costs related to returning an item, we are more than happy to assist with any paperwork and help get you the best rates from our carriers.

Once our warehouse receives your item(s) back they will be inspected. Provided it meets as-new condition, we will issue a refund less any restocking fees and return shipping fees. 

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. 

DIY Furniture:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, however customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Because we sell items that are large and very expensive to ship, customers will have to cover any costs related to returning their order. We will be happy to help and assist with any paperwork and help get the best rates from our carriers.
Unopened orders: customer will have to place new shipping labels and arrange for carrier pickup.

Exchanges & Order Issues:

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue along with photos and a copy of your packing slip. We will work to take care of the rest.
